The Programs include notifications (such as payment alerts) on your loan, credit card, or other accounts and/or marketing alerts, including promotions, rate specials, and other offers. Whenever possible these messages will be delivered via the short code FBBank [322245]. ACCEPTANCE AND UNSUBSCRIBING

By subscribing to Farm Bureau Bank’s SMS program(s) and by providing us with a mobile telephone number, you are expressly consenting to receiving SMS/text messages and other communications from us which may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system. You are also agreeing to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Consent to these Terms are not a condition of purchase. Farm Bureau Bank disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the operation of the Program(s). We do not guarantee the delivery of SMS/text messages and are not responsible for any actions taken or not taken by you or any third party as a result of a message.
