To access your eStatements:
  1. Under Account Info tab, select the eStatements link.
  2. You will be able to access a PDF version of your statements by clicking on the desired billing cycle date.iv

  2. Login using your Username and Password.

To view your transaction history:
  1. Your recent transactions are posted on the credit card center's main page.
  2. If you do not see a transaction on the main page or wish to search for a specific transaction, hover over the Account Info tab and select the Account Activity link.
  3. You will be able to view your posted transactions and easily search by date range and/or filter your history by category and/or price range.

You may pay your Farm Bureau® Rewards MasterCard® online (using your checking or savings account), through the mail, or by phone.

Online

To pay your credit card online, click on the Login button on our website, then select Personal Credit Cards from the drop-down list.

  • Logon using your Last Name, the last six (6) digits of your social security number, last four (4) digits of your credit card number, zip code, and the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
To make a payment:
  1. Click on the red Make Payment button under the section Current Payment Due or, from the top menu bar go to Payments then select Make a Payment.
  2. If you have not already done so, you may be prompted to Add a Payment Account.
  3. Select the desired account from the Payment Account drop-down (or click Add Payment Account to add a new account).
  4. Select the Payment Account and Payment Date, then click Continue.
  5. Verify the payment details, then click Confirm to submit the payment.
  6. You will be given a reference number to retain for your records that confirms the transaction has been completed.

You can also access your credit card directly through our online banking platform.

  1. Click on the Login button on our website, then select Deposit Accounts from the drop-down list.
  2. Login using your Username and Password.
  3. From the top menu bar, go to Services then select Member Rewards MasterCard®.

  1. From the top menu bar go to Payments then select Automatic Payments.
  2. Select the desired Automatic Payment Type, Payment Account Info, and Payment Amount, then click Submit.

  2. Login using your Username and Password.
  3. From the top menu bar, go to Services then select Member Rewards MasterCard®.

Disputes may be submitted either online or by phone.

To submit a credit card dispute online, click on the Login button on our website, then select Personal Credit Cards from the drop-down list.

  • Logon using your Last Name, the last six (6) digits of your social security number, last four (4) digits of your credit card number, zip code, and the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
To dispute a transaction:
  1. From the top menu bar, go to Account Services then select Dispute Transactions.
  2. Click the View Transaction button.
  3. You may select a specific billing cycle from the drop-down menu.
  4. Place a check mark next to the transaction(s) and click Submit.

You can also access your credit card directly through our online banking platform.

  1. Click on the Login button on our website, then select Deposit Accounts from the drop-down list.
  2. Login using your Username and Password.
  3. From the top menu bar, go to Services then select Member Rewards MasterCard®.

By Phone

To submit a credit card dispute by phone:

To redeem your points online, click on the Login button on our website, then select Personal Credit Cards from the drop-down list.

  • Logon using your Last Name, the last six (6) digits of your social security number, last four (4) digits of your credit card number, zip code, and the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
To redeem credit card points:
  1. Click the Browse Rewards button under the section Rewards Balance.
  2. Browse for rewards and follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your rewards points.

You can also access your credit card directly through our online banking platform.

  1. Click on the Login button on our website, then select Deposit Accounts from the drop-down list.
  2. Login using your Username and Password.
  3. From the top menu bar, go to Services then select Member Rewards MasterCard®.
  4. Follow the instructions above to redeem credit card points.

Some merchants may require the use of a PIN as an added identification feature. There are two ways to setup a PIN:

  • Call 1-888-891-2435 and follow the automated system. This method allows you to select a custom, personalized PIN that is ready for immediate use.
  • You may also contact a Farm Bureau Bank customer care representative by calling 1-866-644-2535 and request a randomly produced PIN via mail which will arrive within 7-10 business days.

If you have a credit card with flat numbers, you have received a MasterCard® unembossed, chip-enabled card. The flat numbers serve as another security feature to help manage risk. 1 Eligible purchases mean any signature or pin-based, online, phone or mail-order purchase made with the Farm Bureau Member Rewards Mastercard. This excludes Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, credits and returns. Triple reward points on qualifying transactions based on merchant code (5411, 5499, 5541, 5542, 5812, 5813, 5814), up to $1500 quarterly. Double reward points may vary from state to state.

The balance transfer fee is $0 for the first 60 days, and then changes to 4% of the amount of each transfer or $10.00, whichever is greater. Maximum of 2,500 points earned on balances transferred during the first 60 days. You can avoid paying interest on new purchases if you pay your entire statement balance in full each month. This means you will lose your grace period and pay interest on new purchases if you do not pay the statement balance (including any transferred balances under this offer) in full each month by the payment due date.
