Online

To pay your business credit card online, click on the Login button on our website, then select Business Credit Cards from the drop-down list.

  1. Login to your account using your User Name and Password.
  2. If prompted, enter the Security Verification Questions.
  3. Go to Payments.
  4. Payment Options:
    • Online Payment – For Single Payment for actual Due Date.
      • Enter Amount, Account Number and Account Type.
    • Schedule Auto Pay - Min Amount Due, Full Balance or Custom Amount.
  5. Enter Account Number and Account Type.

By Mail

To pay your business credit card by mail, send the check and the remittance portion of your statement to:

You can view your credit card statements by accessing your account online.

  4. View the current statement or previous statements for the past three (3) months.

Disputes may be filed by phone by calling the number on the back of the card.

Some merchants may require the use of a PIN as an added identification feature. There are two ways to setup a PIN code:

  • Call 1-888-891-2435 and follow the automated system. This method allows you to select a custom, personalized PIN ready for immediate use.
  • You may also contact a Farm Bureau Bank customer care representative by calling 1-866-644-2535 and request a randomly produced PIN via mail which will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Disclosures:

1 The 0% introductory APR on Purchases and Balance Transfers is applicable for the first 3 billing cycles after the account is opened and requires that timely payments are received. After the expiration of the introductory period, the APR may be as low as Prime plus 3.99% with a maximum of Prime plus 10.99%.

2 Business Member Reward points for the next 3 billing cycles are increased to two points for every $1 in net purchases. Reward points accrue subject to certain terms and conditions which will be provided in the enrollment materials. All Business Member Rewards are subject to change and could be cancelled at any time. Point earnings are based on the new net retail purchase transaction volume (i.e., purchases less credits, returns and adjustments) charged to the card during each periodic billing cycle [“billing cycle”] by the cardholder(s) [“net purchase(s)”]. Net purchases are rounded to the nearest dollar and are subject to verification.

6 Points are accumulated at the rate of one (1) point per each one (1) dollar charged on the cardholder’s credit card in signature-based transactions only.
