4 Online Bill Payment may be used to pay companies and people with addresses in the US or its territories only. It is not recommended to use this service to make state or federal tax payments or court-ordered payments.
5 An eBill is an electronic version of a bill or statement. To sign up for eBills, look for the eBills options on the Payment Center or when adding new companies to Online Bill Payment.
6 Payment activity can be downloaded to a comma-separated values [CSV] file and imported into a number of different personal financial software applications.
