Online Banking FAQs
  1. Click on the Login button on our website, then select Deposit Accounts from the drop-down list.
  2. Click on the New User link on the login window and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account access.

Yes. To update your contact information online, click on the Login button on our website, then select Manage Preferences from the drop-down list.

  1. Login with your Last Name/Company Name and the last six (6) digits of your social security number [SSN] or Tax ID.
  2. Enter the information you wish to update.
  3. Once complete, click on Submit Change.
The change may take 24 to 48 hours to go into effect.
Depending on what kind of account you want to open with us, you can apply online, over the phone, or by filling out an application. CDs have a minimum opening amount of $1,000 and most other deposit accounts have a minimum opening amount of $100.

To enroll in Bill Pay online, click on the Login button on our website, then select Online Banking from the drop-down list.

  1. Login to access your deposit accounts using your Username and Password.
  2. Hover over Transactions on the top menu.
  3. Select Bill Pay to enroll or access.
  4. To enroll, click or tap the account to enroll and click Enroll in Bill Pay.
    • On the Agreement Page, click or tap to Agree to enroll.
Online Bill Pay FAQs
  • Bill pay is a service offered by Farm Bureau Bank that lets you make online bill payments to virtually any company or person. Whenever possible, these payments are made electronically.
  • You must have an eligible personal or business checking or Money Market Account [MMA] to use online bill pay.

To enroll in Bill Pay online, click on the Login button on our website, then select Deposit Accounts from the drop-down list.

  1. Login to access your deposit accounts using your Username and Password.
  2. Hover over Transactions on the top menu.
  3. Select Bill Pay to enroll or access.
  4. To enroll, click or tap the account to enroll and click Enroll in Bill Pay.
    • On the Agreement Page, click or tap to Agree to enroll.

5 An eBill is an electronic version of a bill or statement. To sign up for eBills, look for the eBills options on the Payment Center or when adding new companies to Online Bill Payment.

6 Payment activity can be downloaded to a comma-separated values [CSV] file and imported into a number of different personal financial software applications.

7 Federal law limits 6 withdrawals per statement cycle. For transactions exceeding federal requirements, excessive withdrawal fees may apply according to current fee schedule.
